Ads are adjusted 1-2x per week (depending on daily ad spend) - This data is needed to make effective ad adjustments. In order to manage your ads, we use tools that we pay more than $250 month to have access to in order to help us assess your ad function!
Our objective is to get you a low CPC and high relevancy score as an indicator that the ad is good. If the ad is performing at a low CPC and high relevancy score, but not converting, or if the author is not seeing sell through, basic and summary landing page/product recommendations will be given. In our experience, authors' conversions and sell through have increased after applying recommended changes, without any change to the effective ads.
What You Receive
* One Fresh Ad Set Up Per Month (Can be used for same series or different series)
* Continuation of any effective ads the manager has previous set up, for a total of up to 6 series starters or 6 standalone by the end of a 6 month period.
* Micro-Changes as the Ad Admin deems are necessary (could be daily or a few times a week - admin decides what needs to be done and when for all micro changes - these are done automatically and you won’t receive messages about these changes)
* Macro-Changes, Scaling, and Product Evaluations as necessary on a Weekly Basis (admin will reach out to you once a week, if you turn in your tracking form on time , to let you know what changes were made to your ads, what options you have that week, the pros and cons of each option, what you might expect from those changes and when to expect to see those effects, recommendations on scaling, and feedback on conversions/sell through (if relevant) and what you can do on your end to improve those metrics (if necessary). If your tracking for is not turned in on time , they will adjust your ads based on the ad data alone - but will never scale your ads without speaking to you and gaining confirmation first.
Ads are recommended for....
* Authors with 3+ books in a series already released and live for purchase (the more, the better!)
* Authors in Kindle Unlimited. This is not required, but often will amplify the ROI.
* Authors writing Romance, Paranormal Romance, Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Urban Fantasy. Hot Romance seems to do better than Sweet Romance, but we've had luck with both.
Who benefits the MOST, listed in order:
1. Complete Series (the longer the better but ideally 5+ books) in Kindle Unlimited
2. Complete Series of 3-4 Books in Kindle Unlimited
3. Incomplete Series (the longer the better) in Kindle Unlimited
4. Complete Series of 5+ Books but not in Kindle Unlimited
5. Complete Series of 3-4 Books but not in Kindle Unlimited
6. Incomplete Series (the longer the better) not in Kindle Unlimited.
Other benefits to running ads:
1. build your brand with standalones (if you don’t mind breaking even and will just be happy with reaching new readers and getting growth and don’t mind breaking even with your ads.
2. new releases with a focus on getting sticky and maintaining momentum, again understanding that without a series you may break even in your ads.
*Ad expenses are NOT included in the cost of this service. You can typically expect to spend
$90-$300 in a single month on ad expenses to start, and can scale up from there. You receive 1 Ad Set Creation Per Month. While you will not be given access to ads with this option, you will receive proof of clicks and spend.
The weekly aspect of the service begins on the date your first ad is set up and continues for an average of 26 consecutive weeks. If your ad admin is out for a week due to health or personal reasons, your account may be temporarily reassigned or may be put on hold for one week - those weeks will not count toward your service time. Some clients may receive additional time in the program for free at the discretion of the ad manager, but this is not a requirement of the ad manager.
Acknowledgements: Ads are a marathon, not a sprint! We have clients who have worked their way up from $1000 a month per series to $40,000 a month per series, but this was done over 2 years time. We will recommend scaling based on the ads performance with our main goal being to make sure the ads stay profitable and to put forth the lowest financial risk possible during the ads learning phases. We cannot control third party complications that arise from Facebook, Amazon, or other outside providers whom we are not employed/contracted by. By booking this service, you agree to be responsible for your product, as conversion rates and sell through will be depending on your product and landing pages , and we agree to explain data to you when making recommendations if the reason for our recommendation is unclear to you.
You will also be asked to confirm these terms in writing before your service begins. We make it easy to confirm with a simple email that you reply to saying you agree to the terms.
